| One Friday evening it's a Brighams. Sixteen days later it's Colleen's Ice Cream Shoppe. Complete gut back to the frame, all new systems and not much sleep. Custom quilted stainless backsplash, polished stainless and black laminate menu board and clock, custom fabricated benches and booths.

| Eclectic Diner / Deco? To quote Doug Shoop the Architect: "Well, we feel this best describes what we were able to accomplish in this design project. Colleen's is a mix of 50's Diner, quilted stainless steel merged with a stepped, Art Deco look and feel. This design theme blends quite nicely with this Restaurant / Ice Cream Shoppe's atmosphere."

| And of course the plaque for the corner booth, which is, reserved for the Medford politicians from City Hall for afternoon coffee.
