| The exterior renovation of this 5 story brick structure included a new roof, windows and significant repair of leaking masonry. It was necessary to remove all the brick above the top row of windows, install new flashing and new brick.

| Also involved was the construction of new accesability features including a new ramp, automatic entry systems and a new elevator which required raising the existing penthouse. An entry design of curved glass and galvanized steel finished the building off nicely.

| The interior renovation, besides the constuction of all new elevator entrances, included updating of all mechanical and electrical / data systems. All office spaces were reconfigured, as well as all new bathrooms and finishes throughout.
