Quality: The project has to be built to the utmost standard of quality. The design team, often with the assistance of White Builders, labor intensely over each and every detail of a project in hopes of achieving something that will not only meet the Owner's physical and financial needs, but make a statement about what a good design should be, both from an architectural and engineering standpoint as well as an environmental one.

Safety and Courtesy: Often times a project has to be built "around" an existing active environment or in a sensitive neighborhood. Working in Cambridge and Boston leaves us well versed in looking out for the public.

Teamwork: White Builders, together with the Design Team has only one goal. That of servicing the needs of the client. This can never be done successfully when there's an adversarial attitude present. White Builders prides itself on its ability to interpret the intent of the Design Team while fully understanding the desires of the Owners.

Timing: With all that's been said above, the project still has to be done in a time frame that meets the Owner's needs. Critical path scheduling and schedule monitoring play an integral role in achieving this goal and White Builders loves a challenge.
